How do I contact the Nickel customer service?

Contact customer service by phone

  • Call the 02 891 29 80 and select choice 2,
  • Identify yourself on the voice mailbox with your 10-digit identifier (on the back of your card) and your 6-digit access code or by using the number of your ID used to open your account and your mobile phone number.

Contact Nickel customer service via the contact form:

  • Send your requests and documents as attachments via our contact form 
  • Preferably use your Google Chrome browser.

Join Nickel customer service on Facebook and Twitter only:

The only two official pages used by Nickel on social media have an official blue certification badge
  • You can contact our advisors in private message, by indicating your name, first name and your date of birth, and by specifying the object of your request.
  • We answer as we go along to all the messages sent.

I need to stop my card outside of customer service hours, how do I do this?
