There are several ways to access your Nickel Customer Centre:

From the Nickel app

From the web, on mobile (by searching for "Nickel" in your search bar)
1 - Access your Nickel customer area from your mobile app 📱:
The Nickel app is available on iPhone and Android. Free and secure, it's ideal for checking your accounts at any time of the day!
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create a password. Here's how to do it:

Enter your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card) and your last name as indicated when you opened your account.

Click on "Create your password".

Enter the code received by sms.

Create your own 6-digit access code.
2 - Access your Nickel customer area from your computer:
From your computer, you can access your customer area by clicking here. Then log in with your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card).
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create a password:

Click on "1st connection".

Enter your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card) and your last name as indicated when you opened your account.

Enter the code received by sms.

Create your own 6-digit access code.
In case of lost or forgotten your ID, text ID to 0460 21 39 26.

Access your child's customer area while you are also a Nickel customer:

For parents who have a Nickel account: access to their children's accounts from their usual customer area

Then select "Access another account"

For parents who are not Nickel customers: a connection ID is sent to you by email when you open the Nickel account of your child aged 12 to 18.

Choose your own password when you first log in to the customer area.
This login starts with CNV. Example: CNV 000 000 0
