When is my annual fee due?
The annual fee for your Nickel account is 20 euros. It is automatically deducted from your account on the anniversary of your account opening. There is no need to go back to your tobacconist to pay it.
Example : if you opened your account on June 26, 2017, the fee will be taken on June 26, 2018.
What happens if I don't have € 20 in my account?
If your account balance is less than € 20: the contribution will be deducted partially up to the available balance. Your Nickel account will be temporarily blocked and unblocked within a maximum of 24 hours as soon as the missing amount is credited to your account.
My account is blocked, what can I do?
To unlock your account, you just need to fund it with € 20.
If we fail to collect the annual fee within 3 months of your anniversary date, we will be forced to suspend your account.
How do I fund my account?

Bank transfer : you can get your IBAN on your customer area or by texting IBAN to 04 60 21 39 26 (free).

The cash deposit: at a Nickel partners, to do so, bring your Nickel card and your confidential code card
