From the Nickel app:
by clicking on the "payment limits" tab and then "modify your limits".
💡 To change your card limits, you must have a balance equal to the amount of the new limit requested, within the last 30 days prior to your request!
From your customer area:
Log in to your Nickel customer area
Click on "your payment and withdrawal limits" and then on "change your limits".
By calling customer service 02 891 29 80:
Enter your login (on the back of your card) andyour access code
Select the menu 1, choice #3, then choice #2:
Change of payment limits: choice n°1
Modification of withdrawal limits: choice n°2
If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation sms on your mobile phone.
💡 Whether from the app, from your customer area, or by calling customer service, you must be one month old before you can change your caps.

Can I reset my contactless card to zero?
Contactless payment is instantaneous. It is 50 euros maximum per operation.
When you accumulate 150 euros of contactless payments, you just need to make a payment by entering the PIN code to reset your contactless limit to zero.
